Lama rasanya tidak update blog.... 6 BULAN.... So hari ni Finny nak update blog... nak luahkan apa yang tersimpan dihati selama ni tapi x semua la, hanya certain-certain aje...

Minggu ni, semester baru dah start. Class pun dah start, so agak bz skit la untuk menguruskan registration 'anak-anak' dan class.... hari ni semua lecturer dapat jadual masing2 dan boss berjumpa dengan semua lecturer. Tiba giliran Finny, boss cakap something... sepanjang tahun ni, (sehingga NOV 2011), Finny agak lain. Karektor berubah. Finny jadi seorang yang anti sosial, susah nak bekerjasama dan ada dinding dalam diri Finny yang susah orang lain nak masuk... paling ketara perkara ni berlaku sejak 2,3 bulan yang lepas...

Cerita pasal karektor Finny, pertama, pasal ANTI SOSIAL, bukan anti sosial, cuma kurang bersosial je. Itu memang diakui, Finny bersosial dengan orang tertentu je kat office tu. X semua orang Finny boleh masuk. X kena dengan jiwa. Setakat bersosial, cerita benda yang x berfaedah, ambik tahu hal orang, bergosip hal orang, wat apa? Baik wat hal sendiri. Hal sendiri pun x terjaga ni kan pulak nak amik tau hal orang!

Susah nak bagi KERJASAMA, bukan susah, cuma x der orang yang nak mintak tolong je. Finny plak jenis orang yang suka wat kerja sorang2. Senang. Susah sebenarnya nak mintak tolong kat orang ni, berkira. Haish.... Dan Finny plak jenis yang degil... kadang2 nak ikut kepala sendiri je, ikut cara sendiri, hehehe... pada Finny, sesuatu kerja tu nak permudahkan lagi, tapi pada orang lain, cara Finny susah, orang lain x suka. Susah nak puaskan hati semua orang lain ni.... Pastu bila Finny ada benda kerja nak wat, orang lain datang mintak tolong, tapi Finny x boleh commit, mula la orang berkata yang Finny ni susah nak bagi kerjasama... memang la Finny akui yang semua orang pun bz, bukan Finny sorang je yang bz, tp ade sesetengah benda yang Finny memang x bleh nak bagi commitment, nak wat macamana kan? itu pun ader orang mengata.... hasih....

Dan yang terakhir, pasal ader DINDING yang Finny letak pada diri Finny... Finny akui yang Finny memang letak DINDING pada diri Finny. X semua orang boleh masuk. Ada sebab kenapa Finny letakkan DINDING pada diri sendiri. Hanya certain2 orang je yang bleh masuk. Finny mula letakkan DINDING kat diri Finny bila dah SETAHUN kerja kt situ (Selepas Afrah berpindah). Apa yang wat Finny jadi kuat? 'ANAK-ANAK'. Apabila melihat wajah 'anak-anak' yang dididik dalam class. Apabila melayan karenah 'anak-anak' yang berbagai ragam didalam class. Apabila melihat wajah 'anak-anak' berjaya melengkapkan pelajaran mereka dengan bersusah payah. Apabila melihat wajah 'anak-anak' tersenyum lebar ketika mengambil sijil di konvokesyen. itu yang membuatkan Finny BERTAHAN dan KUAT bekerja di situ. X sampai hati dan x sanggup rasanya nak tinggalkan 'anak-anak' kt situ. Rasa sayang tu dah menebal. Insya-Allah, selagi 'anak-anak' perlukan Finny, Finny akan bertahan di situ....

Ya Allah, permudahkanlah segala urusan dan kuatkan semangat Finny.... Amin.....
